Impact Link aims to support a small number of social enterprises in India with learning, mentoring and funding to build the sustainability of their organisation and impact.
Impact Leadership Programme

Up to 20 Impact Link Finalists will be offered a place on a specialist learning programme focused on social enterprise leadership, delivered by Social Enterprise Academy India.

Space to invest time in developing your leadership skills, enabling you to have an even greater impact in your organisation.

Support to reflect and take action on your challenges and opportunities.

Open to you and your team and gives you the opportunity to gain an internationally recognised qualification from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
Social Enterprise Connections & Mentoring

5 Impact Link Fellows will be matched with an experienced social entrepreneur in Scotland, who will support you with one-to-one, online mentoring

Share experiences and talk through the opportunities and challenges you face with someone who has also faced similar issues

Scotland's social entrepreneurs would like to learn in return from the challenges you face in India in setting up, growing and sustaining your businesses
Funding Growth

5 Impact Link Fellows will also receive approximately ₹300,000 funding towards their social enterprise's growth and sustainability

Our ethos is unrestricted funds with no strings attached. We believe in providing flexible funds based on the Scottish experience of letting the entrepreneurs find their own away and use the funds for what they need to use them for. We take a risk, but trust that the funds will be used to help sustain the organisation's work for social purpose
